Room had a fine balcony view, super clean and delicious room service breakfast. Helpful staff and accommodating management made our trip nice.

The hotel's staff was welcoming and friendly. the room we stayed in had a balcony with a lovely view. the room itself was clean and had hot water in the bathroom. the hotel also had wifi and room service for breakfast, which was enjoyable.

Some aspects of the service were lacking.

The warm welcome we received made us feel at home instantly. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the breakfast, delivered right to our room, was a delight. the hotel staff were always available and helpful, catering to our every need. the hot water and reliable wifi were also appreciated.

The service could have been more attentive and the food options were limited.

The view from the balcony was amazing. We also enjoyed the diverse range of foods; Chinese, Tibetan, Indian and Nepalese dishes were all provided. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the busy city center.

The service provided was below average. Some of the staff members were not very friendly.
